Return Policy
knifeprice.com customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to knifeprice.com. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
We will not accept merchandise that is returned without a valid RA#
Please email support@knifeprice.com to obtain an RA# within 14 days of the purchase date of your item.
Restocking Fees
Merchendise that is returned without defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We apologize but the shipping costs are non-refundable.
